Satara wins second award, this time at the Re:Shape contest in Rotterdam!

On 24 October, the day of the United Nations, Satara was announced as the winner of the Re:Shape contest for 2009. The contest’s aim was to recognize innovative global ideas that are carried out by young entrepreneurs and contribute towards a better world. The Satara Fashion Project was selected as one of three finalists, and following presentations by each nominee at the awards ceremony at WATT in Rotterdam, the jury decided that the award goes to Satara!

The prizes include €2,500 in cash, mentorship from social entrepreneur Jeroen Doensen, as well as valuable publicity.
